Vacation Rental Description

Lakeside retreat with short walk to town beach and within two miles of
3 additional beaches. 
Beautifully decorated four-bedroom home is being offered as a summer
rental for the first time. Sit 
on the screened-in porch and enjoy the views of the secluded lake or
take your coffee lakeside and 
enjoy nature at its best. Beautiful views from almost every room in
the house will make this not just 
a vacation but a peaceful getaway.  

This spacious four-bedroom home features an open floor plan, gracious
views of the lake, huge fully-
equipped kitchen, separate master suite with large master bath and
full lake views, and a large 
recreational room with pull out couches. 

Featuring for our comfort: 3 Queen size beds and two twin beds provide
plenty of room for 
family gatherings. 

Large screened in porch with eating and sitting areas is perfect for
warm summer nights, as well as a 
large sun deck for barbecues and enjoying the sunshine.
Ample parking is available. 

Feels like the Adirondacks (with your very own swan gliding along the
lake's surface!), but only a 
short distance from the beach!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our home is fully furnished and equipped with central air
conditioning, fireplace, and new 
carpets/hardwood floors. We provide a washer & dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, 
utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, blender, barbecue, coffee
maker, toaster, cable television, 
wireless internet, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Bedspreads,
sheets and pillows are provided but 
towels are not. A variety of board games are available.

Enjoy the lake using kayaks and a canoe.

Activities and Attractions

Less then 1 (one) mile from Narragasett Town Beach and a short drive
to Scarborough State Beach. 
Near Galilee and the Block Island Ferry. The town of Narragansett
offers a great waterfront 
community, with shops, fishing, resturaunts, and much more. Nearby
farms offer local hospitality and 
spectacular pies. Down the road Adventureland will create a fun-filled
afternoon/evening for any 
family or group outing. Conveniently located near food shopping and
other amenities. Two blocks from 
Sprague Park, which features tennis courts. 

Nearby are fifteen golf courses. Fish right in your backyard in the
peaceful Sprague Pond or go deep 
sea fishing or clamming a short distance away. Just a 20 minute ride
to exciting, historic Newport, 
4o minutes to Providence, which offers a bustling city with excellent
dining and shopping, and 30 
minutes to Foxwood Resort and Casino, a great place to catch dinner
and a show or enjoy the casinos.

Downtown Narragansett's seawall is the perfect place for a stroll, day
or night. Don't forget to 
indulge in a cup of Iggy's famous clam chowder and delicious dough
boys! There are endless ways to 
enjoy a week while staying at this charming Rhode Island getaway.
