The pool sits in the middle of two beautiful, fully decorated 
casitas. Breath taking view of golf course & water lake. Beautiful 
high end stainless steel barbeque with an enormous fire pit! walk in 
the back of one of the casitas where you can sit on a bench and have 
a nice romantic glass of wine.  Should you need to play a little 
golf, putting green is right in your back yard!  This is an 
entertainment home. Everything is custom and beautiful! It's a must 
see house either for an event, corporation or family vacation.  Keep

pizza, chinese, etc. Only 15 minutes from McCarraan International 
Airport, 15 minutes to downtown strip.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2500 min 3 nights. Excluding holidays and or certain conventions

$5000 for 7 nights

$350 cleaning fee, non refundable

$2500 Deposit, refundable with in 30 days as long as no damages or 
stolen goods.

Pool deposit: $350 due to so many people leaving it left on.
Monthly rent:  $15,000 per month, 1-3 months
               $11,000 per month, 3-6 months
