Vacation Rental Description

This is an Intercoastal Paradise.This house sits on the Intercoatal 
Waterway and has 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths. There is a large pool and the 
property has 3 boat slips. The house is Spanish style with tile roof 
and very large parking area. There is mexican tile throughout. This 
is a very private location and only a short 2 block walk to the 
beach. There is a separate pool house on the property that has a 
full kitchen, shower and grill area. Bring your boat and bring your 
friend to enjoy the sunsets and fishing off you own dock. Check out

All weekly rates plus 12.5% resort tax
All rentals pay $ 400. refundable security deposit & $125 cleaning fee
