*Price does not include required 6% Florida Sales Tax.
Security Deposit of $500.00 is required for monthly and weekly
rentals. Seasonal Rentals requires $500 Security deposit and first
months rent. The Homeowners Association requires a rental application
review and background check at a cost of $50.00 prior to issuing their
approval to rent. All deposits may be made via certified check.
***Reservations requests for season beginning October 1 2009 ending April 31, 2010 will not be accepted until August 1, 2009 ***
Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
$250 cancellation fee between 30 & 90 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.
