Vacation Rental Description

bedroom and 2 bath villa townhouse features a full eat in kitchen. 
Relax in the evening or at breakfast in your own private enclosed 
lanai complete with palm tree. Only 7 miles from the beaches 
and minutes from great shopping and resturants. Enjoy evening walks 
around the community lake or take a dip in the heated community 
pool. Take a 1 hour drive and experience the theam parks and night 
life or Orlando such as Disney World, Universial Studios, Sea World, 
Historic Orlando's night life. Or take a trip that is out of this 
world at the Kennedy Space Center.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete Kitchen with micro wave oven, dishwasher, ice maker 
refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, service for 8, all the cooking 
utensils you will need.

Entertainment package includes 35" color TV with built in DVD and VCR
complete with cable TV. Wireless internet connection avalible upon 
request at additional costs.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a his and hers closets and 
full private bath.Second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and 
view of lanai.

No need to worry about dirty laundry you have your own private 
washer dryer. 

 The living room opens to the lanai to bring that tropical feel into 
the home. A centralized heating and air conditioning system ensures 
your complete comfort.

All utilities are included to include a free local access phone.

Activities and Attractions

Access to community pool anda dedicated parking space.

Walking distance to coffee shops, resturants and shopping. Short 
drive to sandy beaches. Visit the King Center for broadway type 
shows and concerts. A 40 minute drive south to Vero will take you to 
a major brand outlet center. Depart from Port Caneveral for 3 day 
cruises or a night of aboard one of the Ports's Sterling Casino or 
Sun Cruuz gambeling cruise ships.

Weekly Rentals
  May - September        $500.00*
  October - April        $650.00*

Monthly Rentals
  May - September       $1,350.00*
  October - April       $1,550.00*

*Price does not include required 10% Florida Sales Tax.

Reservation requests for the season begining October 2008 and ending April 2009 will not be accepted 
prior to the end of August 2008. Security Deposit of $500.00 is required for monthly and weekly 
rentals. The Homeowners Association requires a rental application review and background check at a 
cost of $50.00 prior to issuing their approval to rent. All deposits may be made via certified 
check. 

Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival. 
$250 cancellation fee between 30 & 90 days prior to arrival. 
Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.
