Rental Pricing Schedule
Seasonal Rates May - September 2012 $1,350.00per month
October 2012 - April 2013 $1,650.00 per month.

Price does not include required 6% Florida Sales Tax.
Refundable Security Deposit  seasonal rentals require $1200.00 Security deposit and first
months rent due at time of contract. The Homeowners Association requires a rental application review and background check at a cost of $50.00 prior to issuing their approval to rent. All deposits may be made via certified check.
***Reservations requests for season beginning October 1, 2012 ending April 31, 2013 will not be accepted until July 1, 2012***
Cancellation Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
$350 cancellation fee between 30 & 90 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.
