washer/dryer, kitchen, microwave and dishwasher. There is a king size
bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a bunk bed
sleeping 3 (full and twin).

This is a newly painted and furnished living room with a queen sized
sleeper futon. This is a wonderful place for both families and
couples. The unit is furnished with beach chairs, beach toys and
towels. Just pack your bathing suit and suitcase! The owner and 
family
vacation here often, so the unit is always being improved and
restocked with needed items.

Just a minute's walk from the ocean (300 feet) and Intracoastal
Waterway. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, swimming in the ocean or just 
relax
at the pool adjacent to the condo. FREE BOAT PARKING and boat ramp
allow easy access to the intracoastal. The nearby kayak rentals add 
to
the location's instant recreational activities.
