Pelican Bay/Laurel Oaks is a private beach community in Naples
Florida. This 1500 square foot condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
and a den. It is located on the second floor and is an outside unit.
This condo was just remodleled with new furniture and appliances, 18
inch tile on the diagonal throughout with carpeting in the bed
rooms. Plantation shutters and granite countertops in the kitchen,
cable tv in both bedrooms and living room. This is a turn key condo
which includes a carport and guest parking. Resort swimming pool
and hot tub for Laurel Oaks owners and renters. Private Beach included.

Pelican Bay has two private beaches and 2 restaurants on the beach
with free parking and tram service. Beach attendants
provide chairs and umbrellas at no charge. A community center that
features a fitness center and restuarant. Tennis fans will love the
facilities at Pelican Bay. The Tennis program includes 18 courts,
fully stocked pro-shops. Both tennis centers are staffed by full
time Head Pro's available for private or group lessons.
