This brand new cottage is located on South Haven's North Beach, one
of the most pristine beaches on
Lake Michigan. It is within 3 minutes of downtown South Haven, with
great shops and restaurants.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, including a master
bedroom with views of the big lake.
On the first floor you will enjoy a porch with outdoor grill and
lounge chairs. The second floor has
a family room with a balcony. The third floor is a spacious loft for
the kids with its own balcony.
The main floor kitchen is fully equipped with an open air concept and
a living room. Essentials are
provided along with TV and a 2-car garage.

vacation rental rates

The peak rate is $4,900 per week from May 30, 2009 to September 5,
2009. Off peak is $3,100 per
week at all other times. Weekend and nightly rates are available off
peak.
