Beachfront Cottage - Now Renting for 2011 in South Haven

This new cottage is located on South Haven's North Beach, one of the most pristine beaches on Lake Michigan. It is within 3 minutes of downtown South Haven, with great shops and restaurants.  Renting now for Spring and Summer 2011 from Saturday to Saturday.  May, 2011 and June 25 to July 2 are open.  Fall of 2011 is also available at reduced rates.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, including a master bedroom with views of the big lake. On the first floor you will enjoy a porch with outdoor grill and lounge chairs. The second floor has a family room with a balcony. The third floor is a spacious loft for the kids with its own balcony.  WiFi is available.

The main floor kitchen is fully equipped with an open air concept and
a living room. Essentials are provided along with TV and a 2-car garage.

The property is located on North Beach, one of the finest beaches  along West Michigan.  Windsurfing, kayaking, tubing, volleyball, swingset, jundle jim, slide are all right outside your front door.  Charter fishing, diving, and a pirate ship will keep you occupied and thrill the kids.

Hawkshead Golf Course and several public courses are in the immediate area.  In St. Joseph, 25 minutes away, there is a new golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus on Lake Michigan and will host the 2012 and 2014 Senior PGA Championship. 

All kitchen utensils, outdoor grill, linens, towels, laundry room and
fully equipped bedrooms and living space for your enjoyment.

Watersports, windsurfing, pirate ship, charter fishing, beach
volleyball, ski-dos, swingset, jungle jim and everything water-related are available within a few minutes. The cottage is located in the
city limits so most everything is within easy reach. Enjoy biking,
nightlife, or just relaxing on the huge groomed beach.

Now renting for the Season of 2011!  Rentals are by the week (Saturday to Saturday).  The following weeks are open:

                                 April 9 to May 7   -   $2,900 per week

                                 May 7 to May 27  -   $3,900 per week

                                 June 25 to July 2  -   $5,400 per week

                                 August 27 to October 1  -   $3,900 per week
