Our Oceanview home is ideally located just steps away from Shoreline
Park, with easy access to Leadbetter Beach. Enjoy a morning stroll
through the park, which offers a playground for children and seating
areas for afternoon BBQs in the sun. Watch the surfers at the beach,
take a walk through the harbor area, and enjoy the oceanfront
atmosphere of beautiful downtown Santa Barbara.

The lovely home offers Spanish tile floors and clean, fresh décor. The
living room has glass windows looking out to the park and ocean,
allowing you to enjoy the view as you sip your coffee from the couch
or bistro table. A Viking range and hood makes cooking at home a
pleasure, and our rooftop patio creates a beautiful setting to enjoy
your meals together. The rooftop patio offers incredible views of the
park and ocean in both directions. With seating for 6 and an umbrella
for shade, this space can be enjoyed all year long.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen television and
private bath. Floor to ceiling glass windows look out into the
enclosed backyard, with curtains that may be closed for complete
privacy. The yard is fully enclosed, with a grassy lawn and fruit
trees. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, creating the perfect
space for children and guests.

With both indoor and outdoor living space, easy beach access and an
outdoor shower, this home is ideal for an active lifestyle or those
who would like to enjoy the beautiful weather of Santa Barbara.
