Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates are $9,500 per week plus 7% Maine tax. A deposit of 
$5,000 to hold your rental is expected at the time of booking and 
signing of the lease. Summer rental season begins the first week of 
June through the end of September. Off-season rates available 
throughout the remainder of the year. Special long weekend bookings 
or holiday periods with a three day minimum available.
