Our Bali Hi LUXURY vacation home sits right on the endless private beach of Captiva Island. The estate is perfect for significant events, weddings, family and friend gatherings & reunions, anniversaries ... and for all vacationers looking to escape to a TROPICAL paradise.

Our private home sits on very a SECLUDED three acres with over 255 feet SUGAR SAND beach front. The elegant villa is surrounded by lush native and tropical landscaping – with all the beach and sun you can soak in. Our relaxing and exclusive getaway is only a few steps away from the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where the SUNSETS are awesome, the views phenomenal, the lazy days on the beach so easy ... and where life is beautiful.

Our guests exclusively enjoy the beautiful 40'x20' HEATED POOL and spa.  Volleyball, basketball, pool toys, kayaks, beach accessories, pool loungers, umbrellas, covered lanai seating, and patio tables for gathering by the pool ... we provide everything you might wish for. Additionally, we maintain the estate’s own private beach with many teak loungers, market umbrellas and multiple sun decks. An EXCLUSIVE SUNDECK area between beach and house allows for private sunbathing...

…and your kids will love our private PLAYGROUND right on the beach.

The wraparound deck is only one step above the sand, and offers multiple seating areas – great for grilling or dining OUTDOORS. On the southern side of the house is a private entrance with an outside shower for your guests.

The interior of Bali Hi is comprised of heart pine flooring and cypress walls throughout the entire house. This finely furnished, COMFORTABLE home provides all the amenities you might wish for – from our GOURMET kitchen, which lives up to chef standards to our office, where guests can conduct business even on vacation. The estate offers hi-speed wireless internet, PC, printer, fax, long distance phone service and 2 line accesses.

The central FAMILY ROOM has 20' periscope sliders that open to the pool deck. The room is equipped with flat screen TV, 120 channels including premium cable (digital HBO), DVD player, and surround sound with indoor/outdoor speakers. The family room overlooks our private beach, the pool and playground areas, while the breakfast nook is surrounded by sliders with views of the Gulf side areas of the house. You can also enjoy our spectacular Gulf views from the gourmet kitchen - while preparing snacks or a family dinner.

The second, more formal LIVING AND DINING ROOM is removed from the common area of the home and offers a QUIET atmosphere. Entrances to both the front and back of the home are easily accessed from the wraparound deck. The formal dining area is just off the gourmet kitchen and has seating for 10 vacationers at a glass topped dining table. The living room has a fireplace, a big screen TV with a VCR and 120 channels of premium cable. Continuing through this room is the entrance for two guest rooms complete with private bathrooms.

Both GUEST BEDROOMS are set aside from the hustle and bustle of common areas and furnished with high quality beds – two queen size beds in one bedroom and one king size in the other. Both have TV, premium cable and VCR's, private bathrooms, ample closet space and additional storage.

Bali Hi's elegant MASTER BEDROOM suite encompasses the entire second floor of the main house. The suite has an Olympic queen bed, and two private outside decks with the most beautiful view over the gardens and the Gulf of Mexico. You can oversee swimming in the pool from the north deck or enjoy some private time and one of our fabulous sunsets on the southwest deck. The spacious master suite bath has both a Jacuzzi bath and a large glass enclosed shower. It offers plenty of space and storage.

Additional sleeping quarters are located in the property's guest house, COCCOLOBA COTTAGE, which sits just a hop, skip and jump away from Bali Hi main house. Coccoloba Cottage has been utilized for older children, the nanny or the larger family also visiting. It offers additional privacy. The bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds in one bedroom and one queen bed in the other. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Coccoloba Cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a comfortable family room. Two balconies overlook our lush landscaping.

Packing for Bali Hi is easy, as we provide for or our guests: iron, ironing board, hairdryers in all bathrooms, high quality bedding, bath linens, pool towels, and a starter kit including dishwasher soap, powder laundry soap, dish sponge and soap, paper towels, compactor and trash bags, toilet paper, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. We aim to go above and beyond expectations, and continuous improvement is our mantra.
