Free Day Stay Northstar Tahoe Resort Luxury Golf Course Home in Northstar

Our custom house overlooks the Championship Golf Course offering unobstructed, beautiful views of the 16th hole, Martis Creek and the surrounding mountains. A free shuttle bus stops in front to transport (10 minute ride) guests to the Village shops and restaurants, ski lifts, recreation center and Ritz Carlton Hotel lift. Outside, a large back area with a brick paver patio area and large 5 burner barbeque makes outdoor entertaining delightful. Three decks offer great morning coffee areas. The interior was renovated in 2004 and decorated in in a classic Sierra Tahoe style, with bamboo hardwood floors, a chef's kitchen and an open floor plan for entertaining groups. The master suite contains its own private bath with a whirlpool tub. Two of other four bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds, with the fourth containing two twin beds.  There is room for a crib or air mattress or cots.  As a guest you are entitled access ($2/guest fee) to the swim and racquet club (recreation area). This facility has three separate buildings, an video and games arcade: weight room, with sauna and showers,: and multipurpose building with full kitchen and catering facilities for conferences, bands, weddings and entertaining. Next door is the Northstar Village with 35 shops, restaurants, Starbucks, ice and roller rink (free, $5 skate rental). Chair lifts for mountain biking and ski slope access.  A new Ritz Carlton opened December 9 2009.

recreation center and ski and snowboard parks and lifts.

Northstar is a four season resort offering world class skiing and
snowboarding during the winter and championship golf, tennis and
swimming during the summer months. X Games, Vans Boots, Dew Tour, Toyota and a variety of ski and board manufacturers sponsor professional competitions and demo their wares. As members of NPOA our guests are entitled to full use of the swim and tennis club for a slight fee including olympic swim pool, year around lap pool, 3 group hot tubs, weight traing and exercise building, video and games building, multpurpose building, 8 tennis courts, and para course.  A new Ritz Carlton opened December 9, 2009.

50% non refundable deposit required within 60 days of stay; residual required within 60 days of stay.  We will assist renters with finding guests if there is a cancelation.
