4 bedroom 2 bath Waterfront lakehouse is just steps away from
the water where you have a pier and boathouse at your disposal.
The boathouse has a fish cleaning station and fish basket for your
use. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are open to each
other. Great for entertaining. The upstairs has a king size bed
with a large walk in shower off this master bedroom. The other
bedroom upstairs is oversized with a queen size bed and a futon bed.
Downstairs also has 2 bedrooms, one having 2 twin beds and the other
a double bed.

The house comes with 5 TV's with cable, 2 VHS's and 1 DVD. The kitchen
is furnished with a multifunctional poker table/dining table
combined.We funish cards,poker chips dominoes and many other games
for children too. We also supply an assortment of movies, toaster
Microwave, blender, coffee pot, and all the dishes and silverware are
furnished along with bedding, towels and ample paper goods. All the
conviences of home even a washer and dryer.
(We even have a large water trampoline that is out parts of the year,
usually Memorial Day thru Labor Day & have life jackets upon request.)

Whether you're into fishing for White bass or catfish, swimming,
boating or other water sports,there's something for everyone to do.
If you're into relaxing there's birds to watch, and beautiful
sunsets
all from the back porch and a gas grill to cook on while your
enjoying your view. Don't forget to look at the stars in the evening.
Wow, they just seem to pop out over the lake.
(Inside we have furnished a book with golf courses, shopping, boat
rentals and good eating places close by.)
