This home is over 3,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms/4 1/2 baths. The
first floor has a master suite and another bedroom with two double
beds. The second floor includes a living room with dining area and a
full kitchen. The third floor contains a second master suite and
another bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds. The fourth floor tower has
a living room with a pullout sofa.
All bedrooms have their own full bathroom and TV/VCR. Each floor and every bedroom has its own balcony or deck with
which to see beautiful oceanviews and/or spectacular sunrises while
having your morning coffee.
This house is approximately two miles east of Pompano Joe's and
within walking distance of Buster's Sports Bar and Grill, Winn Dixie
grocery, and The SilverSands Outlet Shopping Mall. Everything you need is right
there.
Sorry, No Pets Allowed and Smoking is Limited to the Outside Decks
and Balconies. The Primary Person Renting Must Be 25 Years or Older.
