coffee pot, dishwasher and all necessary items for every day living. 
 
Full size washer and dryer. Approx 1400 sq feet. Walk out of living  
room onto a screened lania with table and four chairs. 
 
Enjoy the view of the golf course,lake and beautiful sunsets. 
 
There is no smoking in the condo!!
