There are three bedrooms (2 queens & 2 twins, sleeps 6, 1 bath), dining room, large living room, outside shower, deck with grill & patio furniture overlooking the marina and lighthouse. Walk to a private deeded beach on Lewis Bay or take the ferry to Nantucket/ Martha's Vineyard.
In close proximity to many restaurants/nightlife (Baxters, Trader Eds, British Beer Company, Tugboats, Dockside, Black Cat, Roadhouse Cafe, Roobar, Embargo, Alberto's) the marina, duck tours, golf courses, mini golf & shops. No Smoking and Dogs are negotiable with extra deposit.

Fully equipped with central air-conditioning, NESN, Premium Cable Channels, wireless high speed internet connection (wi-fi), 32 inch flat screen HDTV, another HDTV in the master bedroom, dvd player, playstation II, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, dinnerware, utensils, sheets and towels.

Lewis Bay beach 100 Yards, Kalmus Park Beach (off Ocean St which is in walking distace from the house, Craigville Beach (10 min by car), Forte's Beach (by Kennedy Compound 10 min by car)

Cape Cod Para-Sail and Jet-Ski Hyannis Marine Arlington St., Hyannis Cape Cod Para-Sail and Jet-Ski runs parasailing tours, rents boats of all varieties, and also rents various personal watercraft. Cape Cod Para-Sail and Jet-Ski also has a location on Red Jacket Beach in Yarmouth.
Take the ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard
Walk to Main St. & Ocean St. with many shops & restaurants.

This is a 7 night rental, Saturday to Saturday. Checkin is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am
