Walk to a private deeded beach on Lewis Bay or take the ferry to Nantucket/ Martha's Vineyard.
In close proximity to many restaurants/nightlife (Baxters, Trader Eds, British Beer Company, Tugboats, Dockside, Black Cat, Roadhouse Cafe, Roobar, Embargo, Alberto's) the marina, duck tours, golf courses, mini golf & shops. No Smoking and Dogs are negotiable with extra deposit.
