Enjoy your vacation at this immaculate newly appointed vacation home. 3 bedrooms (2 queens & 2 
twins, sleeps 6), one bathroom, dining room, large living room, outside shower, deck with grill & 
patio furniture overlooking the marina and lighthouse. Walk to a private deeded beach on Lewis Bay 
or take the ferry to the islands.  In close proximity to many restaurants (Baxter’s, Tugboats, 
Dockside, Spankies, Black Cat, Roadhouse Cafe, Brazil Grill, Alberto's) the marina, duck tours 
golf courses, mini golf & shops. No Smoking and Dogs are negotiable with extra deposit. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped with central air-conditioning, wireless high speed internet connection, 32 inch flat 
screen HDTV, 2nd flat screen in one of the bedrooms, dvd player, playstation, microwave, toaster, 
pots & pans, dinnerware, utensils, sheets and towels.

Activities and Attractions

Beaches a few listed below: 
Lewis Bay beach down the street, Kalmus Park Beach (off Ocean St which is in walking distace from 
the house, Craigville Beach (10 min by car)

for you. Cape Cod Para-Sail and Jet-Ski runs parasailing tours, rents boats of all varieties, and 
also rents various personal watercraft. Cape Cod Para-Sail and Jet-Ski also has a location on
Red Jacket Beach in Yarmouth.

Take the ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard

Walk to Main St. & Ocean St. with many shops & restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

This is a 7 night rental, Saturday to Saturday.  Checkin is at 3pm 
and checkout is at 11am

No Smoking. Security Deposit - $800.

Pets Negotiable with extra $150 pet deposit.
