back from Florida and saw this home. It's simply fabulous. The
owner is an artist and the interior decor is simply stunning. A
wonderful home for a long vacation, a luxurious conference center,
or just a comfortable and fun locale for a big family. Tons of
room, a three minute walk from a gorgeous and residential beach

feet of floor space. All together the home features roughly 3700
sq. feet of living and entertaining area, which makes it one of our

This home comes with plenty of living space and has a magnificent
three story deck layout. You just can't beat it for entertaining
larger groups. Stunning views, especially from the "pelican roost"
at the top of the finest wooden deck system we've ever seen.
The "roost" is a gorgeous 10' X 10' deck with table, chairs and an
umbrella 35 ft. high (the maximum legally allowable)! It also
doubles as an incredibly romantic getaway for a sunrise or sunset
show. The views are simply breath-taking. Send a few people onto
one deck for drinks and conversation, host a hot-tub party (or cold
water spa--it's temperature adjustable) on the next one,
and "banish" the kids to the top floor deck. The screened-in
porch/deck is over 700 sq. feet and features the spa/hot-tub, air
hockey, foosball, dining and sitting area--there's no lack of space
here! All of it is nestled in the tree tops, 24 feet above the
ground. And the romantic tree enshrouded pool is one of the best
I've seen on the island. Full amenities, as always, are included
(full kitchen, entertainment, internet, washer/dryer, etc...).

You're in a great location--far away for privacy, but a fifteen
minute drive to downtown St. Augustine (the oldest city in the
U.S.!). Windsurf in the intercoastal canal, or the ocean if you are
truly gifted. Take a tour to the military fort the Spanish
successfully held against the French for over one hundred years.
Definitely take in a carriage ride through the cobblestone streets
of the old city.

2007 winter rate: $2100; 2008 High Season: $2300-2900. We accept
checks, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard. Holiday and special
events rates are subject to change. Rates for the 2008 summer season
(ranging from mid-March to the end of September) are $2300 to $2900,
