PLEASE NOTE:
  
To maintain a tranquil setting - the Condo Association does not 
allow pets, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds or other like 
vehicles on the property. This includes motorcycles on trailers. 
Boats & RV's must fit in one space (32' long back to front) in the 
designated Boat / RV parking area.  Boats and RV's cannot be used as 
living or sleeping quarters.

The Complex is in "Enterprise" a Quaint, Country Town Founded in the 
Mid 1800's.

Nature lovers will love the lush tropical setting...The Complex 
itself has been Skillfully Blended with its Tropical Park like 
Surroundings - Beautiful Florida Oaks Draped in Air Plants, Palms, 
and a Never- ending Variety of Lush Dense Tropical Vegetation.  
Across a Country-like 2 Lane Road) lies Lake Monroe and access to 
the St. John's River. Across the Lake (on the Sanford Side) is a 
Large River-front Park & Marina (with river cruise lunch, dinner and 
ecology tours. 
  
At Blue Springs State Park - there is a Crystal-Clear Spring-Fed 
Tributary to the St. John's River - where You can view Fish, 
Manatee, Alligators, etc.  There is a Boardwalk along the Tributary 
that winds through the Tropical Jungle-for viewing fish, manatee and 
other Wildlife.  There is also an Area set aside for Swimming where 
You can actually Swim in the crystal clear water with the 
Manatee!

Vacation Rental Rates

1 April to May 30  - $450 per week ($64.28 per day)
1 June to Sept 10  - $500 per week ($71.42 per day) 
11 Sept to Dec 14- $450 per week ($64.28 per day
December 15- Mar 30 - $550 per week ($78.57 per day)

Monthly Rates:

Monthly (December-March) - $1800 per month ($60 per day)
Monthly (June-August) - $1500 per month ($48 per day)
Monthly (April-May & Sept-Nov) - $1400 per month ($45 per day)

WEEKLY RENTAL RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

$100 refundable deposit is required to secure a weekly reservation. 
Full rental fee must be paid 1 week in advance

MONTHLY or SEASONAL RENTAL RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

Full rental fee must be paid 1 month in advance
$500 refundable deposit is required to secure a monthly/seasonal 
reservations.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:  

Last minute reservations are considered and payment details can be 
worked out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are forfeited if a weekly reservation is cancelled less 
than 7 days before a reservation start date. Monthly rervations 
must be cancelled 30 days in advance for a deposit refund.

STATE & LOCAL TAXES:

All rates are subject to Florida Sales tax of 6.5%  & Volusia 
Tourist Development tax of 6%.  

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment may be made by bank check, traveler's check, money order or 
wire transfer.
