allow pets, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds or other like
vehicles on the property. This includes motorcycles on trailers.
Boats & RV's must fit in one space in the designated Boat / RV parking
area. Boats and RV's cannot be used as living or sleeping quarters.

Tributary to the St. John's River - where You can view Fish,
Manatee, Alligators, etc. There is a Boardwalk along the Tributary
that winds through the Tropical Jungle-for viewing fish, manatee and
other Wildlife. There is also an Area set aside for Swimming where
You can actually Swim in the crystal clear water with the
Manatee!

Weekly Rates: (additional days prorated on weekly rate)
1 April to May 30 - $450 per week ($64.28 per day)
1 June to Sept 10 - $500 per week ($71.42 per day)
11 Sept to November 30- $450 per week ($64.28 per day
December 1- Mar 30 - $550 per week ($78.57 per day)
Christmas Week - $600 per week ($85.71 per day)
Monthly Rates:
Monthly (December-March) - $1800 per month ($60 per day)
Monthly (June-August) - $1500 per month ($48 per day)
Monthly (April-May & Sept-Nov) - $1400 per month ($45 per day)
WEEKLY RENTAL RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
$100 refundable deposit is required to secure a weekly reservation. Add an additional $100 for each
addtional week less than one month.
MONTHLY or SEASONAL RENTAL RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
$500 refundable deposit is required to secure a monthly/seasonal
reservations.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
Last minute reservations are considered and payment details can be
worked out.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are forfeited if a weekly reservation is cancelled less
than 7 days before a reservation start date. Monthly reservations
must be cancelled 30 days in advance for a deposit refund.
STATE & LOCAL TAXES:
All rates are subject to Florida Sales tax of 6.5% & Volusia
Tourist Development tax of 6%.

Payment may be made by bank check, traveler's check, money order or
wire transfer.
