Steilacoom features a fine dining restaurant as well as a local
deli, a pub and a soda fountain. Tacoma is a close 25 minute drive.
Offering many fine restaurants, and local attractions. These include
an art museum, children's museum and the famous glass museum.
Seattle is a 1 hour drive featuring all of the attractions Seattle
is so famous for. Olympia, the state capitol, is a 25 minute drive
featuring a board walk, fine dining, shopping and lots of local
history. Winter months - Skiing is approximately an 1 1/2 to 2 hours
up. Snowmobiling and sledding the same.

Weekly rate is $1120.00

All Holidays will be charged at the weekend rate of $185.00 per

Personal Check, Cashiers Check , Cash, PayPal(a 4% transaction fee
will apply if using PayPal)

Deposits
A 50% deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. The
full balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival.


Other Fees
$200.00 security and cleaning deposit. This is fully refundable if
property is left as it was at arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of stay will receive a
full refund. Any cancellations made under 30 days of stay, will
result in a $100.00 cancellation fee.
