This one bedroom one bath condo is located on the the 3rd floor of
the beautiful Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club Condos. The view from the private patio has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo has a 24 hour security manned front gate, pool, private beach, clubhouse, tennis courts, elevators, and the fantastic Florida sunsets that can not be put into words, but must be experienced for ones self!

Just bring your toothbrush, this condo is equiped with everything to
make your vacation perfect EVEN HIGH SPEED INTERNET! The Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club has a 24 hour security manned front access gate, pool, elevators, private beach, tennis courts, and custom made sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that you can enjoy right from your private balcony!  There is a clubhouse for you to enjoy as well, and  includes a fitness center (with sanua), billard room, and sitting room (for you to socialize or get internet access).  There is also a dining room where many pot luck dinners have been organized for fun and to meet many of the other guests.

Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parks (Busch Gardens, Adventure
Island, Disney, Universal, Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay and many
more), boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, cruises,
gambling boats, restraunts, shopping, movie theatre, Tour Downtown
New Port Richey, Tour famous Greek Sponge Docks, See famous Mermaid
show, Florida Aquariam, Museum or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,
Lighting or Devil Rays.

February and March: MONTHLY ONLY           $1800.00 per month*
January, April, May Oct, Nov and Dec:          $1600 per month* or $400 per week
June, July, Aug, Sept:                                   $1400 per month* or $350 per week

                             *$100 clean fee and 9% sales tax
Cap on electric of $60 for monthly rentals!

Deposits: $500 for the months of January, February, March and April.
$200 for the months of May through December.
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check in!

Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded to you with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
