Nestled in a woodsy area at the end of a cul de sac, and just a few steps away from the 4th green of the Frye Island golf course, this 1200 square foot ranch is perfect for families or couples looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation rental. Enjoy the nature of Maine in this spacious golf getaway. The rear family room boasts a wonderful view of the golf course, while the front living room provides a view of an ample-size lawn enclosed within a stone wall surrounded by birch, spruce and maple trees. White-tailed deer are abundant on the island and often seen grazing about the property.

Our guests are usually surprised by the spacious accommodations in our vacation house. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, this modern home has a fully equipped kitchen with a range oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer, dining room, 2 living rooms, cathedral ceiling, gas grill and a cozy outdoor deck. Other amenities include air conditioner, BBQ grill (propane included with rental), 32" television, DVD player, and linens are provided as well.

For families with small children, we also provide a pack 'n play, booster seats, high chair, puzzles, legos, and children's DVDs.  This Golf & Lake Getaway is only a short drive away from many of the Frye Island's attractive beaches.

A five-minute ferry ride through Sebago Neck will deliver you to this beautiful wooded island (ferry transport costs are not included with rental). Situated on 900 acres, Frye Island offers plenty of activities and amenities including a community pool, kid’s playground, tennis & basketball courts, softball field, community center, convenience
store, restaurant, ice cream shop, and of course – golf.

Although most vacationers love just lounging around the many beaches scattered about the island, some do enjoy a day of off-island adventure. A 15-minute drive to nearby towns of Windham and Naples provide plenty of shopping, restaurants, boat rentals, amusements and arcades. Or drive a bit further (45 minutes) to the cities of Portland or Freeport for Oceanside dining or outlet shopping.
