Charming, Well-Maintained Cape Cod Home, quiet neighborhood, 2 min. 
walk to lake
Our Cape Cod home is located in Harwich Massachusetts. It is a 
charming, quality, well-equipped, very clean home located in an 
attractive residential neighborhood. Harwich is geographically 
desirable with easy access to all points of the Cape and in close 
proximity to wonderful attractions, shopping areas, beaches, bike and 
walking paths. We are just a 2 minute walk to one of the most scenic, 
pristine lakes on Cape Cod. Canoing, sailing and kayaking are 
favorite pastimes for those enjoying the lake. Use of the beach is 
restricted to home owners, renters and guests. You will find that 
this is a great spot for families with children. The sandy, shallow 
entry into the lake provides an ideal play area for small children. 
The beach is partially shaded for those who want to avoid direct sun. 
Others who have vacationed in our home have said that it is 
a 'charming well-cared for home with great amenities with ideal 
proximity to a beautiful lake and family-friendly beach.'

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, microwave, toaster 
oven, coffee maker, electric skillet, pots/pans, dishes, utensits, 
baking pans, mixing bowls etc.  Additional, large side-by-side 
refrigerator in basement.
New washer and dryer.  Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, alarm 
clocks.
All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied.
Full complement of beach chairs, water toys, picnic coolers.

New outdoor shower with private changing area.
New gas grill.
Two televisions, DVD player and Play Station.
Reading materials, board games, local maps available.

Activities and Attractions

This property is close to Chatham Village and its wonderful shopping 
area. The Cape Cod bike path is very accessible. The ferry to 
Nantucket and the Islands is just a short drive away. Day trips are 
easy on the new high speed ferry. You can be in Nantucket by 9:30 
a.m. and return for dinner on the same day. 
Grocery shopping, movie 
rentals, movie theaters and a variety of restaurants are within a 
short drive. Miniature golf, go-carts, trampolines, batting cages are 
just a few of the area attractions for small and big kids! 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rates vary.
Peak summer rate is $1375 per week.
Fall, Winter and Spring, please inquire.
Will rent for two nights or more.  Please inquire for rates.
Longer term stays (more than 1 week) are also available.  Please 
inquire for rate.
