Casa Konomi is perfectly situated between Half Moon Bay and Yalku Lagoon. The walk to the sandy beach, or the aquarium like lagoon, both prime for snorkeling, is under 3 minutes in either direction. The secluded tropical location gives guests a private escape unlike any other rental home in the area. Enjoy the tranquil sound of breaking waves from the ocean waters surrounding the peninsula the home sits on.
There are three spacious en-suite bedrooms in this stunning villa. The tropical style master suite 'Blue Lagoon' and second suite 'Mapumalanga' (the setting sun) with its safari theme are on the second floor. The third spacious garden suite 'Shangri-La' is the largest, and has no stairs to it (which can be rented alone as a bungalow in the low seasons) is on the main level. Every room has two entrances; one leading to a veranda, another to the inside of the villa. The rooftop terrace offers amazing vistas of the sea, the jungle, the lagoon and the stars.
Everything needed for a perfect stay is on hand including a wonderful staff. Want to be pampered? Sale Rates are for Saturday to Saturday reservations. Sunday to Sunday reservations will include 6 nights at the sale rate, and one night at the regular rate. Additional days over 7, if approved, will be at the full rate. Other arrival and departure dates may be approved, but at the regular rate fee. Please inquire for specifics.
Holiday rates are 35% off if booked by Feb 1
Holiday rates are 30% off if booked by May 1
Holiday rates are 25% off if booked by June 15
Holiday rates are 20% off if booked by Sept 15
Holiday rates are 10% off if booked by Oct 31
Contact us for an exact quote. Since this home can be rented as a 3 BR anytime, or a 1 BR bungalow in the off season weeks, and hosts from 2 to 14 guests, the rates will vary slightly from those
general rates listed above. Rates are per week and include all fees but staff gratuities. There is a small extra person fee of $20 per person per day after the first six guests during non-promotional weeks.
*All Holiday reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights, Sat to Sat.
The Bungalow will only be rented out with special permission, in non-peak weeks.
A refundable Security Deposit of $1000 for new renters will be collected by Caribbean Fantasy, Inc.
upon final payment, by check and returned or destroyed once the property is vacated in good order.
