It is almost impossible to contemplate how quiet & peaceful it is to
stay at Casa Konomi. This luxurious 3 BR home will comfortably
accommodate 2 to 14 guests. Guests have a hard time venturing away
from this amazing home in paradise!
Casa Konomi is perfectly situated between Half Moon Bay and Yalku Lagoon. The walk to the sandy beach, or the aquarium like lagoon, both prime for snorkeling, is under 3 minutes in either direction. The secluded tropical location gives guests a private escape unlike any other rental home in the area. Enjoy the tranquil sound of breaking waves from the ocean waters surrounding the peninsula the home sits on.
There are three spacious en-suite bedrooms in this stunning 5,000'+ villa. The tropical style master suite 'Blue Lagoon' and second suite 'Mapumalanga' (the setting sun) with its safari theme are on the second floor. The third spacious garden suite 'Shangri-La' is the largest, and has no stairs to it (which can be rented alone as a bungalow in the low seasons) is on the main level. Every room has two entrances; one leading to a veranda, another to the inside of the villa. The rooftop terrace offers amazing vistas of the sea, the jungle, the lagoon and the stars.
Everything needed for a perfect stay is on hand including a wonderful staff. Want to be pampered? A/C, fans, flat screen TVs, a golf cart, beach bikes, wireless internet, a safe, gourmet kitchen, DVD/CD players, surround sound stereo, DISH TV, BBQ, a laundry room, garden pool, waterfall, hammocks, outdoor dining; this villa has it all!
2012~ the golf cart has been totally rebulit and is like new! A new palapa has been added over the front entry, and all other palapas have been replaced. The pool is newly refurbished. The BBQ is new. A fun tricycle has been added with cooler and umbrella for jaunts to the bay. See who wins the race to Akumal, the golf cart or pedal power? Even the plumbing is all new. The house is even better than before and it was perfect to begin with

Rates are for 6 guests. Additional guests up to 14 are $150 more per week, when approved.
Contact us for an exact quote. Since this home can be rented as a 3 BR anytime, or a 1 BR bungalow in the off season weeks, and hosts from 2 to 14 guests. Rates are per week and include all fees but staff gratuities.
*All Holiday reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights, Sat to Sat.
The Bungalow will only be rented out with special permission, in non-peak weeks.
A refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 for new renters will be collected by Caribbean Fantasy, Inc., upon final payment, by check and returned or destroyed once the property is vacated in good order. $100 cash deposit to caretaker in exchange for the golf cart keys.
