dollars a day....you and your entire family of up to 9 people can

minutes away from the nicest beach in North Pinellas. Owner is a
former French professional soccer player..so he lives lives in Europe.
This rate is for the month. Weekly rates are 2100 dollars plus 12%
rental taxes and that
includes everything cable, high speed internet, and the cleaning fee
is included at the end of your stay. He has a special for a one month
rental you can inquire about. The house has a large screened in pool
and a second floor balcony that extends across the entire second
floor. If you Google Tarpon Springs, you will find out this is the one
of the nicest towns on the west coast and close to all the main
beaches in Pinellas county.

Flat screen televisions in every room! Remember this is a professional
soccer players personal American residence in FL...so the furnishing
is not typical "rental" furniture. He really does not care that he is
underpriced, he just wants me to find good renters that will respect
his beautiful home..lucky you.

$2100 a week / $6500 for a month plus 12% taxes....ignore the
calendar, there has been lots of demand on this beautiful home and I
have not been filling the calendar. Just ask me about the
availability, thank you. I will be doing a special summer rate...for
1800 dollars for the week plus 12% rental tax. This runs from June

condo we can bundle with this home, 100 yards away..in the same
community for 3k a wk total. Superbowl this yr is in Tampa, FL, only a
40 min from this house and thats with traffic. Tampa is not on the
Gulf of Mexico..but in Tampa Bay (no beaches), so this is as close to
the beach and the stadium as anywhere else. That week will be 4500
dollars for a Superbowl mansion.
