Vacation Rental Description

Our community features intercom access, fitness center, dry sauna,  
rooftop pool and sundeck with a lovely view.   There are laundry  
facilities on each floor.  We also offer a VIP (house wares) package  
for an additional $300.00 per month.  This package includes dishes,  
linens, pots & pans, television, clock radio, coffeepot and more.   
Selected apartments come with a 42” plasma TV and include cable and  
Internet access.

Vacation Rental Rates

Located in the heart of Westwood Village, Westwood Village Apartments  
offer executive suites, as well as, one and two bedroom apartments.  
We are within walking distance to shopping, theatres, restaurants,  
the UCLA campus, and UCLA Medical Center. We are also just a short  
drive to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the beach.  
 
Our unique “executive suites” (which are nothing like the  
typical “studio” apartment) range from $2,650.00 to $3,100.00 per  
month.  There is a 30-day minimum on all of our rentals.  This price  
would include a furnished apartment, basic utilities and one parking  
space in our gated garage.  The “executive suites” are virtually the  
same size as an average one bedroom and come with a full kitchen  
including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. All  
apartments have a huge walk in closet, a balcony and a gas  
fireplace.  The only real difference between this apartment and a  
traditional one bedroom apartment is that instead of a solid wall  
between the living room and bedroom, there is mid-height railing  
combined with vertical blinds that can be closed off (for privacy).
