on a 260 acre island mid-way between Rockport and Fulton, Texas.

flats fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. Off shore fishing is only 30
minutes away. Corpus Christi, which is only 40 minutes away, offers

The fully equiped kitchen was completely remodeled in 2004. Both
bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2005. The condo provides all
bath and bedroom linens, 2 - TV's, Sterio, VCR, and a gas grill on
the back deck with a full awning for year round enjoyment.
Downstairs has one bedroom with twin beds, plus a bath
with walk in shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each,
and one bath with shower/tub combo and separate sink/dressing areas
for each bedroom. Master bedroom has dual sinks and laundry room
attached.

The condo complex has a pool and tennis courts. You are just
minutes away from some of the best bay and flats fishing on the
Texas Gulf Coast. Off shore fishing is only 30 minutes away.
Birdwatching tours are locally available. A casino cruise ship
operates out of Port Aransas - 30 miles away. The Rockport Beach is
great for kids. The condo overlooks the beautiful Key Allegro
Marina and Big John's Palapa Restaurant and Bar. Live music is
featured on the weekends and they will be happy to fix your own
fresh catch of the day! Fly a kite at the beach, wet a line off the
back deck, read a book off the upstairs deck or just sit and relax
while the sun sets -whatever you like to do is more fun in Rockport!
