Vacation Rental Description

between mountains, gore creek, and green spaces. There is one  
carport space and one assigned open space. This unit is fully  
equipped with lcd tvs, dvds, all kitchen utensils, washer & dryer,  
veranda, sky lights, bathtubs, etc. This is an end unit with lots of  
natural sunlight. This community is within walking distance to  
shopping, highways, and all area amenities.First level entry with  
two bedrooms and one bath and utility area. One bedroom with queen size  
bed and mounted lcd cable tv and view of creek and mountains. One  
bedroom with two twin beds. Second level is comprised of a living  
room with wood burning fireplace, mounted lcd cable tv, dining room,  
open kitchen fully equipped. Veranda overlooking the creek,  
mountains,and gorgeous green areas. Sky lights with vaulted ceilings  
in the living room. The Third level master suite contains a mounted  
lcd cable tv, walk-in closet, large bath with jacuzzi tub and double  
vanity, vaulted ceilings,and windows all around make this a perfect  
vacation home.

resturants. Lionshead has recetly received a multi-million dollar improvement including an ice  
skating rink, shopping, etc.

Summer time: Hiking, biking, golfing, horse back riding, white water rafting, hot springs, cattle  
ranchs, mountains climbing, camping, fishing, sight seeing, skateboarding, swimming, recreation  
centers, kids camps, summer music festivals, water rafting, shopping, movies, resturants, library,  
club activities. 
 
Winter time: Sking, ice skating, snow mobiling, resturants, movies,  
indoor pools, libary, winter festivals and competitions, cross  
country, snow boarding, tubing, in-town heated walkways.     

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary based on time of year. They range from $1,000 to $5,500 per  
week. Spring special is $800 per week with a one week minimum.
