"Wow!" is the first word to describe this beautiful Victorian oceanfront home at family-friendly Kure Beach.  This modern construction was designed by the architect to take maximum advantage of the spectacular ocean views from virtually every room!  This is a distinctive and classy home with crown molding throughout, oak hardwood floors and brand new Berber carpet, fresh paint, breezy ceiling fans, an incredible two-story great room with foyer and staircase, and gorgeous patio doors leading from the dining area and great room as well as three oceanfront bedrooms to the breathtaking seaside deck and balcony above.  Beautifully furnished and decorated, this is truly a vacation home for the discriminating family looking for a special place to make memories together.  Furnishings and decor are practically brand new throughout and ready for your enjoyment.    

As you enter the main floor, you are greeted by a majestic foyer and magnificent ocean views everywhere you turn.  The main floor has an open floor plan with a two story great room, dining area and full kitchen.  The great room has a 60 inch flat panel television with DVD, built-in cabinetry, marble accents, island themed furnishings, and two stories of gorgeous windows gazing out to sea.  The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, appliances, dishes and utensils.  The adjoining dining area accommodates twelve and captures amazing ocean views.  There is also a separate oceanfront bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet and flat screen TV, plus a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

On the top floor, there are three additional bedrooms.  The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king size bed and 40 inch TV/DVD armoire and patio doors to the top balcony facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.  It also has a large private master bath with double sinks, garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and water closet, and an enormous walk-in closet.  On the other side of the top floor, there is a queen size oceanfront bedroom with TV and patio doors opening onto the top balcony, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.  Also on the top floor is a separate full bath and second living area seating 5 overlooking the main floor's great room with amazing two story ocean views. 

The oceanfront deck below and the top floor balcony both feature fun and bright Adirondack style chairs for you to relax and take in the breathtaking oceanside experience.  Our home also features a private gated walkway to the beach with a separate deck seating area even closer to the surf, plus a new private outdoor bath house with hot/cold water and dressing area to clean off sand and get dressed, as well as a new outdoor grilling and dining area.  A large driveway in front of the home allows parking for 3-4 standard size vehicles.

Our house is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.  Small family groups are encouraged. 

High-speed wireless internet access is included so you can stay connected to your life away from home.  Departure cleaning service is included.  We also provide beach chairs and certain "must-haves", including starter paper supplies and cleaning products, for your convenience.  Finally, we try to keep rates down by allowing you to bring your own linens to our home, but if you prefer, linen rental is available at very affordable rates. 

Kure Beach is a wonderful beach to spend your family vacation.  The beaches are clean and uncrowded.  Located in an all-residential section of the island, our home has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, and it's within close walking distance to the famous Kure Beach fishing pier, restaurants, shops, park, playground, and tennis/basketball courts.  There are terrific restaurants at the pier to choose from and many other nice restaurants and attractions to see at nearby Fort Fisher (including the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Civil War site) and Carolina Beach, each just a couple of miles away on the island.  As we hope you can tell, we love our home and Kure Beach, and we hope you will enjoy them both as much as we do!
