The entire front wall of the condo is nothing but windows that give way to unobstructed views of the Tenmile Range to the West and the Ski Slopes at River Run if you look to the East. Wetlands right in front of the lodge are great for viewing wildlife including ducks and beavers. Shared deck along lower level of building for catch-and-release fishing with artificial lures, and picnicking.

Located in a quiet part of the desirable River Run Village in Keystone. Close to Shops, Restaurants, 2 Playgrounds and the new Ice Skating Rink and Mini-Golf. Short 4-minute walk to the River Run Gondola. Also an easy walk to the high-speed Summit Express chair lift.

Free shuttle buses: Keystone Ride picks you up at the door and takes you anywhere in Keystone. Summit Stage stops in River Run Village and takes you to Dillon, Silverthorne, and most ski resorts in the area.
