modern kitchen. There is a sun porch with TV and Sofa. An upright
piano is in the great room.It has some unique architectual features
like wood beams and wood ceiling,wide great room with bright open
feeling.Central Bath and bath off the master bedroom. Washer and
Dryer. There is an attractive screened in lanai. There is basic
cable TV(Hbo,Sports Channels etc are extra charge)There is a covered
car port plus addional parking for two cars. The property is one and
one half blocks to the beach and you can see the Gulf of Mexico from
the drive way.You will have guest privileges to access the beach
through the private Golden Beach access area.Libary,Community
Center,ArtCenter ,Hospital are close by. A visual tour is available
upon request.

Master has king size bed two nite tables and lamps, Two arm

All beach activities,libary,art center and community center,Venice
Little Theater.
Charter fishing and boat rental is available. Short 1/2 hour drive
to Sarasota and it's cultural actvities
ie,Opera,Theater,Symphony,shopping. Biking is great along the new
linear park from down town to the beach. Golf is available just
blocks away or off the Island at many different courses. Quiet small
town ambience with lots of community activities. One of few small
towns on the Gulf of Mexico.

$3200.00 per month
$150.00 Dollar cleaning fee per rental term.
10 percent tourist tax on rent and cleaning fee.
Additional electric Charge Over $100.00 per month.
