   Very Private Luxury 3 Level Home for rent on Oahu, Hawaii's 
Northeast Shore. Waterfront on Kane'ohe Bay which is great for 
kayaking, boating and snorkeling. At low tide you can go hunting for 
little crabs in the rocks. Located across the Bay from the Kane’ohe  
M.C.B.H. (Marine Base). Incredible Ocean Views from all rooms. All 
windows are on the Ocean side of home. Looking out at the Bay, you 
will see the Fabulous Sandbar, location for most of the Boating 
scenes in the movie, 50 First Dates. Home has nothing between you 
and the water. If you fall off the deck, you'll fall into the Ocean. 
The deck is also a great place to tie up your kayak.

   Home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master Bedroom has Own 
Private Lani and Bath. There’s a Fully Furnished Kitchen, 2 car 
garage (even garage has a view), 60" Sony LCD TV 
with digital cable in living room, indoor 5 person LA SPA hot tub 
with Kitchenette/Wet-Bar in next room off deck on first floor, deck 
goes to the waters edge, separate laundry room with washer and

without disturbing the entire family while you watch the sunrise 
(for those early risers). No Smoking allowed anywhere on the 
property and No Pets Please!!! Smoking will cause the loss of your 
security deposit! This is an waterfront home and designed for 
responsible adults and in not child or adults with mobility 
difficulties friendly.

  

Activities and Attractions

   Winward Mall with Theatres, Stores, Restaurants and Fast Food 
just 5 minutes away. Visit the Temples of Temple Valley, just the 
other side of the hill, this area is used in lots of movies and TV 
shows like LOST. The Buddhist Temple is the home of the character 
Sun from LOST. Its her fathers home in the show. Sport Fishing, Jet 
Skiing, Glass Bottom Boat rides out to the Sand Bar and local 
cuisine are available at Ernie’s at nearby Heeia Pier, scene of the 
boat launch in 50 First Dates, and its less then a 5 minute drive. 
If you rent Kayaks (which you can rent at Twogood Kayaks in Kailua) 
you can keep them tied up to the Deck. The beautiful beaches of 
Kailua or Kualoa Ranch (Chinaman's Hat) are only 20 minutes away. 
You can go Horse Back Riding or Atv's at Kualoa Ranch, the film site 
of LOST and Jurassic Park in about a 20 minute drive, and North 
Shore Surfing a little further away, all this and you're only 30 
minutes from Honolulu Airport (HNL). If your a golfer, try a round 
of golf at the Koolau Golf Club which takes you by majestic cliffs 
and waterfalls. Named one of the top two golf courses in Hawaii by 
Golf Digest in 1997, and considered the toughest course in the 
nation. A convertible rental car is a must!!! and if you need one, 
or any other car, we can book the car and company of your choice for 
you. Or most other travel arrangements at no extra charge. 

   If you crave the city life, you can take a drive and go to one of 
the most beautiful beaches in the World, Waikiki Beach. With its 
Resort Hotels, Fabulous Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping and 
Entertainment Shows all in about 30 minutes from you. The 
International Market Place and Zoo are there or you can try your 
skills at paddling an Outrigger Canoe before you leave the beach. On 
most weekends watch the free Sunset on the Beach Movie. If you don't 
feel like watching the movie, try seeing the beach from the other 
side and take a Sunset Dinner Cruise. 

  

Vacation Rental Rates

$275/night or $1900/week. Call or email for more details.
Security Deposit: $500 ($700 if more than 6 people). 
Cleaning Fee: $250/stay  ($300 if more than 6 people).
Cleaning fee is charged on all stays reguardless of length.
Must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
This house sleeps 6 in comfort. 
Additional per night fee ($25.00) for each extra person over 6 with 
a max of 8 total people.

   Rent by the night, week or weeks. Feel like a local and live a

of one beachfront hotel room. A cleaning fee (not included in any

Tax is not included. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking will cause 
the loss of security deposit. We require a three nights minimun 
stay. Some holidays are a higher rate. All bookings are only pending 
until money is received. We always recommend travel trip insurance

also book a rental car for you or any other tours, we are also a 
registered travel agent, just give us the information including your 
mileage number at the same time, we can also book any other 
arrangements you need. We do not charge extra for booking your car,
