Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, nicely appointed, one bedroom modern condo for rent in the 
heart of residential South Beach, six blocks to Ocean Dr. and the 
beach, 7 blocks to Lincoln Rd.  
 
 
Easy access to public transport and cabs (around $5 to most places in 
South Beach and available minutes after calling). 
 
 
Away from the craziness of Collins Ave and Ocean Dr. hotels, so quick 
access to cabs and uncrowded local bistros.  
 
 
This is the perfect location when events are in town, as you can get 
away, although not far, from all of the crowds. 
Also 3 blocks to Whole Foods grocery store (organic and natural products) 
 
 
If you are interested, some things you should know: 
 
Newly remodeled condo (EVERYTHING brand new and modern) created with 
green and non-toxic building materials.  (no carpet in unit, paint is 
all VOC-free, cleaning supplies used are non-toxic). 
 
Great kitchen with spacious butcher block counter tops, is open to the 
living room. –brand new top of the line appliances as well as 
Cuisinart, Kitchenaid, all pots and pans, toaster oven, electric 
kettle, coffee grinder, coffee maker, citrus juicer,and all cooking 
staples: spices,condiments, sugar, olive oil, vinegars, coffee/tea/etc. 
We live here when you do not, so you will find the kitchen 
as easy to use as if it were your own. 
 
 
One bedroom with queen size bed: this is the only sleeping option, as 
couch does not pull out to a bed  (Sleep Number bed) 
 
 
Central a/c and heat 
 
 
Washer/dryer, Stereo (ipod capable), cable, DVD 
 
 
This is our home, used by us and our family, in a residential 
neighborhood. 
 
 
On street parking is available with a permit that I have for you to use 
 
 
No smoking of any tobacco in the unit.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are dependent on the season. $350/night (Dec 
through May) with a 4 night minimum, includes all cleaning fees and 
taxes.   
***PLEASE READ: Currently we have very limited availability:  
Sept 1-8 ($900/week rate) 
Sept 18-30  ($900/week rate) 
Dec 1-10th  (only nightly rate of $350 available) 
Dec 20th- Jan 3 (one week: $1350, two weeks: $2150) 
 
$350 damage/cleaning deposit, refunded in cash to you upon leaving 
Reservation is only held with full payment of all fees (either in cash 
or via credit 
card on Paypal.  There is a $35 charge for Paypal payments.) 
-damage deposit can be paid in cash upon arrival
