Located on beautiful Lake Michigan, it's ballroom was once the host of musical greats such as Frank Sinatra and The Tommy Dorsey Band. Over time, the ballroom was converted into lakefront condo (which still boast the original ballroom floor). Several years later, the poolside building was added. Most visitors want to extend their stays - or plan their next trip before they even leave. Treat your family to a relaxing vacation packed with memories that will last for a life-time.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom condo has it all. 2 bathrooms. A full kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and outdoor grill. The living room and 2nd bedroom overlook the heated pool. There are 2 Queen beds, 2 King beds, 1 bunk bed and a pull-out couch (full-size mattress), pack-n-play available upon request. Laundry facilities are on the property. A sliding glass door leads out to a small private balcony for you to enjoy the priceless Lake Michigan breezes and shooting stars. The stairs off the deck lead down to the pool, just past the pool is a path which leads down the bluff to your own private beach.

This year-round resort has so much to offer. The condo is located steps from a newly paved path leading to the beach.  Shuffleboard and croquet sets are available on the grounds for common use.  The new Jack Nicklaus Golf course (Harbor Shores) home of the 2012 and 2014 Senior PGA Championship, restaurants and shops are within nearby driving distance. Minutes from St. Joe Michigan, it is host to some of the country's most fabulous events - The Venetian Festival, The Tri-State Regatta, Municipal Band Concerts, The Krasl Art Fair, Antiques on The Bluff and many more!
