to the dock make the backyard inviting. Table, chairs and fish
cleaning table are on the back yard patio next to dock.

comforts of home. Outdoor gas barbeque grill.
The master bedroom has one queen sized bed. Bedroom two has one
queen, and bedroom three has two twins. There is also a pull-out
sofa.
This home has parking for three vehicles plus one boat trailer. No
street parking allowed at any time.

This home is situated among the best fishing and diving in the
world.
It is very close to the world famous Seven Mile Bridge and Sombrero
Reef. Great lobstering throughout the area. Close to the Dolphin and
Turtle Research Centers. A public boat ramp is located less
than a quarter mile away on the bay side.
Great Kayaking through Boot Key Harbor and Sister's Creek. Sombrero
beach is a short car (or boat) ride away. Key West is a 50 minute
