There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all are air-conditioned, each comes
with its own ensuite marble bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition,
there is a powder room off the dining/living/entertainment area. The
master's bedroom/bath and 2nd room in the upper level has a balcony
with spectacular views. The 2 other bedrooms are in the lower level
looking out onto the pool. Marble floors are thruout the house.
Dining and living area opens to the outdoors. The chef's kitchen is newly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped comes with complete pots, pans, utensils, silverware and dinnerware.
Telephone, cable TV with english channels, CD player, DVD player, high-speed and wireless internet connection are complementary for guests.
The house can comfortably sleep 8 to 10 people.

This is a marvelous house for entertaining with family, friends or a
romantic getaway. It is very private, yet accessible to the main town square and the restaurants, shops and nigthlife.

Low Season (after Easter Week and before December): $400/night or $2500/week or $7500/month

High Season (December thru March): $450/night or $3000/week or $8000/month

Holidays (Christmas Week, New Years Week, Easter Week): $500/night or $3500/week
(minimum 1 week stay during holidays)

Additional Rates will be charged over 8 persons (maximum is 12):
Low Season (after Easter Week and before December): $50/night per additional person over 8 or $312.50/week per additional person over 8 or $937.50/month per additional person over 8
High Season (December thru March): $56.25/night per additional person over 8 or $375/week per additional person over 8 or $1000/month per additional person over 8
Holidays (Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Easter Week): $62.50/night per additional person over 8 or $437.50/week per additional person over 8
Dollars or Peso equivalent is acceptable
