This 3 bedroom 2 bath home provides a master suite with queen size
bed and en suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower located on the
upper level. Main level bedroom also has a queen size bed and main
level bathroom features a whirlpool bath tub. Lower level features
the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and family room with sleeper sofa. Upstairs loft has a library and sleeper sofa.
Full tiled laundry room and walk out patio with French doors & outdoor
hot tub also on this level.
The main level is open style with exposed log beams, beautiful stone
fireplace, cathedral ceiling and loft sitting/library area. Gourmet
kitchen with granite counter tops and island, wine refrigerator & bar.
Ceiling to floor glass with French doors leading out to 16' x 32' deck
with outdoor dining area and stainless/gas grill. Attached 8'x 42'
covered porch for those rainy days.
The grounds include a large grassy yard with extensive flower & herb
gardens and an outdoor fire pit/seating area.
Direct access to four hundred plus acre Yuba Creek Nature Area for
hiking, biking and cross country skiing.

Full kitchen with cooking utensils provided, microwave, convection
oven, wine refrigerator, large side by side refrigerator/freezer,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 satellite T.V.'s (one on each level), Bose stereo system,
outdoor hot tub and central air conditioning.

Linens are provided, and subject to check-out procedures. Pets are negotiable with an additional fee.

including; The National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival and
Horse Shows by the Bay.

rentals, sailing, para sailing, wind surfing, biking, fishing, hiking,

>Weekend rentals: $250 per night with a $100 cleaning fee.
Weekly rentals are $1600 per week, cleaning fee included.

Half of rate due upon reservation (non-refundable/reschedule
only),with a security deposit of $500. Security deposit will be refunded within one week if there are no damages and checkout procedures are followed. nbsp. Remaining half of rental is due 14 days prior to arrival.
