Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to your next vacation destination! 
 
This Beautiful, brand new, 2900 square foot custom home is located  
in the new Sierra Pines development, just five minutes to Shaver  
Lake. This impeccable cowboy-themed home features a beautiful  
kitchen with all new appliances, tiled floors and granite counter  
tops and opens to a beautiful dining area, overlooking the large  
deck. Just off the kitchen/dining area is the coziest of family  
rooms with a rock fireplace, 32" TV and DVD player where you can  
snuggle up and watch your favorite movies. Rounding out the main  
floor is a full bathroom and of course the deck with outdoor patio  
seating and a propane BBQ. 
 
This gorgeous mountain home features tiled floors, granite counter  
tops, knotty pine ceilings and luxury carpet throughout the  
interior. This all adds to the warmth and ambiance you will  
experience from the minute that you arrive. 
 
Upstairs you will find the gorgeous master suite with TV/DVD player  
and a huge bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and  
double sinks. Three additional bedrooms upstairs offer sleeping for  
seven with three bunk beds in one room, a full bed in the second  
bedroom and a queen bed in the third. The bathroom has double vanity  
sinks. 
 
The basement level is where you will find your kids (and some of the  
adults!) as this is where the POOL TABLE lives! There is also a flip- 
top board that fits right over the pool table and converts it into a  
table tennis board or an air hockey game!  
 
The two remaining bedrooms are on this level with 2 bunks in one  
room and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is also a full  
bathroom on this level. 
 
Shaver Lake is just minutes away from the cabin for boating, fishing  
or water sports (rentals available at the lake). In the winter, head  
for Sierra Summit Ski Resort, just 22 miles north of Shaver at  
Huntington Lake (which also host the Sailboat Regatta in July every  
year). The quaint village of Shaver Lake offers cute gift shops and  
everything you might need for the perfect vacation from video  
rentals, ice-cream and Pizza to local bars and restaurants. 
 
Whether you hike, bike, boat, ski or just like to relax....Shaver
