Our Favorite Sunset & Sand Beach Condo! in Imperial Beach

Our beautiful condo is now available for rental. This unbelievable
gem is located just steps to the water at the south end of the old
time beach community of Imperial Beach.
The living room patio offers spectacular views of the Imperial Beach
pier and the downtown San Diego skyline as well as the Coronado
Islands of Mexico to the south! You can watch surfers, dolphins,
pelicans and seals frolic in the waves and listen to the sounds of
the crashing surf.
Bird lovers can watch the Fall migration of birds who stop in the
Tijuana Estuary Wildlife Preserve during their flight from Alaska to
Tierra del Fuego. We provide binoculars for those novice birders
who don't bring their own.

Dogs on a leash are welcome on the beach.

When you are not taking in the sounds of the surf and the fabulous
view from the condo, you can ... surf, ride bikes, dig for clams,
fly a kite, eat an ice cream cone. Collect turban shells on the
beach to take home for your friends. Walk out on the IB pier to the
Tin Fish and enjoy a scrumptious fish burrito. Visit the Locals at
their favorite coffee shop IB International Blends. Watch a game
at The IB Forum Sports Bar. Wander over to the Seacoast Bistro
for an elegant evening meal. Hop on the ferry from Coronado to enjoy
and an afternoon in Downtown San Diego.
