Vacation Rental Description
The unit has just been completely renovated and decorated. There are
two bedrooms and two full baths. It includes it's own washer and
dryer. The home is located in a small, gated complex that was
totally renovated in 2005 and includes a heated pool, courtyard with
lounge areas and grills as well as a small game room and beautiful
tropical landscape . The gulf beach is at the end of the street, a
very short walk. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops
and an inlet for fishing.

Vacation Rental Amenities
This spacious unit has recently been remodeled and beautifully
decorated. The master bedroom has a private full bath and a king
size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and a large walk in
closed. The living room sofa is a pull out for two more guests. The
kitchen is fully fitted for all your needs, including a microwave,
dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware and utensils. Eat at the
breakfast counter or in a separate dining room. Towels and linen are
provided. The unit does have a private washer and dryer. There are
three cable TV/DVD's including a 52" flat screen in the living room.
Features include cable internet, a telephone for local calls, and
it's own central heat and air condition, as well as ceiling fans in
all the major areas. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are
allowed on the property.

Activities and Attractions
There are numerous local activities: Boat & wave runner rentals,
shelling, fishing, para sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, golf,
tennis, beach volleyball, biking, miniature golf, shopping, and
numerous restaurants, many within walking distance. Nearby shopping
includes Cory Ave. Historic District with many unique shops,
galleries, a library, and a cinema. The Ellenton Outlet with all the
designer shops is not far away. Other attractions in the Tampa-
Orlando area include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney, Sea
World, and Universal. For those who enjoy gambling there are the
Dog Track and Horse Races and many gambling cruises. Also within
the area are professional baseball, football and hockey. The
Pinellas Trail is not far (a 48 mile trail for bikers, bladers,
walker or runners). Fort DeSoto Beach recognized as one of the best
beaches in the US is only 10 minutes away. The Orlando attractions
are approximately 90 minutes away.
Tampa International Airport is about 40 minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates
Minimum 1 week rental during the peak season. A security depost is
required. Rates do not include sales tax and a one time house keeping fee.
Fall Season: $600. per week
Summer Season: $750. per week
Peak Season: $1000. per week
A discount is available for two weeks or more.
