Paradise on the beach! 
 
Our wonderfully comfortable condo is located on the Atlantic Ocean  
on A1A just a short walk from the positively chic village of Vero  
Beach, Florida.  The private beach access is just a few minutes walk  
from the condo.  Just out our back door are several miles of  
beautiful paths, perfect for walking, jogging, and biking.  And if  
you are a cyclist, Vero Beach has miles and miles of bike paths.   
Vero boasts excellent restaurants, shops, and beautiful weather.   
There are numerous golf courses in the area, and the Dodgers’ Spring  
training camp is here.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo is on the ground floor of a three story building.  There  
are nine buildings in this active, over-55 community.  The condo has  
two bedrooms (one with a King bed) and two baths.  There is a  
tastefully decorated tiled screened porch (Florida room) that  
overlooks a beautifully manicured lawn that is perfect for reading  
and relaxing all day long.  It is a comfortable home and is  
attractively furnished.  Everything you’ll need is already here.   
Prior renters returned three years, three years, and two years  
respectively (the first two renters purchased property in Vero  
indicating how great people think of our community and home.)
