Vacation Rental Description

We are happy to share The Haven with couples seeking a honeymoon or 
reunion enclosure, or families simply seeking a secluded setting 
near the beach for memorable time together. We have been blessed to 
be able to acquire this home with a special blend of forest 
solitude, an ocean beach view, and close access to the beach without 
the pressure of public exposure that is coupled with a property 
immediately on the sand.
As soon as most couples enter the master suite they want to stay and 
enjoy long recurrent encounters with the forest outside the bath 
area that holds a rare sense of immediacy (try lighting the forest 
at night and sitting in a candlelit tub), or sit perched on the 
reading nook at the other end of the bedroom watching the waves and 
sunset. We have enclosed the surround sound 36" TV with cable, DVD 
VCR in a full armoire to avoid its intrusion into the rest of the 
space unless wanted. 
The other four sleeping areas each have a special offering as the 
theme for the room in addition to the ocean view. The library and 
board game area opens to the ocean, as does a high perched sleep 
loft with a desk; and the media center holds a 55" High resolution 
TV, a convertible couch, and separate door to the forest; no ocean 
view in the last, a double forest exposure room with separate bath.
Owners will be developing a property website soon. We have many 
pictures of the property and area that we would love to share with 
you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full gourmet kitchen with dishes and place settings for 16. Large 
dining room table that seats 10, plus a gathering table of kitchen 
that seats 6. Deck off kitchen has large propane barbeque and table 
with seating for 4, spectacular ocean view.
Wood enclosed fireplace in family room, master bathroom has 2 person 
jetted Japanese soaking tub. Washer/Dryer, all linens provided.
Big screen television with DVD/VCR in media room, as well as an 
upright piano. 36 inch TV/DVD in master suite.
High speed internet access, fax and local telephone.
Electric ATV is available onsite for additional fee to use to go 
back and forth to downtown/beach.

Activities and Attractions

Sandy beach within walking distance, many tidepools in area.
World renowned golf course nearby, as well as boating,fishing, 
windsurfing, surfing, hiking and many other fabulous vacation 
activeties unique to the Oregon coastline.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please inquire about our substantial winter specials, stay one night for $200.00 and receive the remaining 
nights at $150.00 per night. This offer expires on March 15, 2008. (3 night minimum).
$200-$330/night(4-10 people)..$660/weekend .. $1800/week .. 
$5200/month.
Nightly rate depends on number & season; and requires a two night 
minimum.
Cleaning fee of $80-150 depending on use.
Separate city tax 7%;
An advance security deposit of $400 will confirm a reservation.
Pets are allowed only with advance permission and extra $400 deposit.
