Vacation Rental Description

Anyone's idea of "the perfect water front cottage" The vaulted  
ceilings and accented aged fir interior create a warm and welcoming  
environment. This newly renovated cottage is on five acres of  
waterfront on Canim Lake. 
  
Canim Lake is one of the largest and most desirable lakes situated  
in the Cariboo Country of British Columbia. This picturesque lake is  
approximately a 2 hour drive northwest of Kamloops or a five hour  
drive north east from the Vancouver Area. 
 
There is over 300 feet of waterfront to yourself in very quiet area. 
 
Two large decks, enclosed porch. 
 
Master Bedroom: Queen bed.  
Loft: Queen Bed. 
Living Room: Double Futon.  
 
Large windows providing beautiful views of lake and island.  
 
1200 Square foot cottage with open loft. 
 
Paved access 30 minutes from town and all amenities (100 Milehouse).  
Corner store a few minutes away. 
 
Public boat launch a few minutes away. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bedding and Towels are supplied. Housekeeping is provided prior to  
arrival and after departure. 
 
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher 
toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, can opener, dishes, glasses,  
cutlery, pots and pans, and bakeware  
   
Tea and coffee filters are provided, as are salt & pepper,  
sugar, spices, soap, paper towels, cotton towels, cutting board,  
scissors, corkscrew & wine glasses. Bottled water is also provided.  
 
The bathroom has a sink, bath/shower, and toilet. Towels are  
supplied. 
 
Washer, Dryer and Laundry Detergent supplied. 
 
BBQ and propane supplied. 
 
TV (20"), DVD, movie selection, CD player, Tape player, and    
Satellite TV. 
  
TELEPHONE (please provide own Calling Card for Long Distance) 
INTERNET  Dial up (no computer supplied).  
 
There is a wood burning fireplace; wood logs are supplied.  
 
Children of all ages are welcome, please enquire about pets. 
 
Mooring Buoy for your own ski boat. Canoe, paddles and some life  
jackets are supplied. Also Available is a 12' inflatable boat and  
9.9 hp motor (please inquire on availability and price). 
 
Lots of parking for boat & trailer. Public Boat Launch  a few  
kilometers from the cottage.

skiing, hiking, wildlife viewing, mountain biking. 
 
Hundreds of fishing lakes within a two hour drive. (Map book of

Jan 15 - April 30 $700.00/ week.  
May 01 to September 15 $1200.00/ week 
September 15 to December 15 $800.00/ week 
December 15 - January 15 (negotiable)
