This 2BR, 2BA villa is conveniently located in building one at
Hilton Head Resort, 663 William Hilton Pkwy, Hilton Head Island, SC
29928. Enjoy a view of the lagoon from your private balcony, master
bedroom and living area. Beautiful views of the outdoor pool can be
seen from the kitchen and second bedroom.

The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep ten
comfortably. The television is equipped with a DVD and VCR player
with 64 cable channels and seven HBO movie channels. Movies, books
and games are provided for your enjoyment.

The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for 16
people. It includes all cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender,
toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, large stockpot (for your low
country boil) and spice rack. If you don't feel like cooking - order
from the deli and grill downstairs. Did you forget something?
Purchase it from the on site store. Closed during winter
months - reopens in March.

The master bedroom is beautiful with a tropical theme complete with
king size bed, ceiling fan and television with DVD and VCR player,
as well as a private bath with tub, shower and hair dryer. Go to
sleep with your window open and listen to the fountain in the lagoon.

The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunk beds that can
sleep up to 6 people. A full bath complete with hair dryer is
located just outside the door. A crib/playpen is also provided.

Take the shuttle or stroll across our new private boardwalk to the
secluded beach. Just a five to eight minute walk across our
beautiful marsh that is abundant with wildlife including crabs,
egrets and blue herons. Once you're at the beach enjoy music, food
and drinks at Coco's cabana, complete with bathrooms and shower
(closed during winter). We provide backpack beach chairs, umbrella,
beach toys, rolling cooler and a rolling beach cart to
transport everything to the beach. Just bring your towel and
sunblock!!

Our gated resort is centrally located with 24 hour security. Enjoy
our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor
pool. Brush up your tennis game on one of our six lighted tennis
courts. Get in shape with our new indoor jogging track, then
rejuvenate yourself in the sauna or hot tub. All of this is
included free with your stay. Bike rentals delivered to
your door.
