This is an awesome home just minutes to the Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Just renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath Home. The whole house has been renovated including air conditioned duct work and a brand new air conditioner. The house is located within walking distance to restaurants and 1/2 a block from US1. The total square feet of the house is 1218 square feet. The master bathroom has a shower in it and the main bathroom has a tub with a shower in it. There is tile throughout the entire home making it nice and clean. There is a very large front yard and a very large fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. In the backyard there is a screened in patio with table and chairs. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed with master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds in it. All the furniture is brand new!
