available to choose from on 62 acres. 
 
Welcome to the ultimate Vacation. All Activities except boating are here on the 62 acre property!   
 
Massive Updated improvements will all be available for peak season 2008! (May 1st)  Most of the  
items are completed now Look for the * to see which items are still in progress (just waiting for  
the snow to melt)   
Unique, famous and comfortable mountain log sided home with vaulted ceilings. Featured on National  
TV as it was custom designed and built by a past President of the Sierra Club. Passive Solar with  
Southern windows and a 250 ton rock bed that the house is built on.

topper mattress and built in book case.  
Room(2)The Elk Room- 12X17 Room with King bed, natural log bed and sofa sleeper with views of Twin  
Sisters Mountain and the valley towards Lily Lake. With a queen size sleeper sofa in the room as  
well. 
Room(3)Single Upper Bunk with built in bookcase, built in desk and a dresser. 
Room(4)Single bed with under bed storage and desk. 
Two additional sleepers in main room. #1 is a leather sofa sleeper, #2 is a teak slide out sleeper.

This mountain retreat offers privacy, great natural beauty and an amazing experience. I have trouble  
leaving every time I come to the property. You will find the city will leave you within a short time  
of arriving. Welcome!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Please see the list above for all the details. The entire Home has been updated in 2008. It is  
perfectly insulated with full cabinet style shutters over the windows to have complete black out  
options (even darker than hotel dark). In case you like to stay up all night and want to sleep in  
this home may be perfect for you. Fully equipped home with so many amenities to list. Plenty of  
parking. 
 
All your needs are stocked including bed linens, pillows, blankets, robes, slippers and plush  
towels.  
We even have a porta crib and a high chair for little ones. 
Tons of Coffee, Loads of Hot Cocoa and of course Marshmallows for roasting. 
The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and be ready for adventure.

Activities and Attractions

All of these wonderful features are available for our property onsite that no other properties offer!

Boating: We have a Porta-Bote available onsite for Lily Lake(just down the street) or Lake Estes.  
Paddle or float with the coolest little boat you may have never seen. 
Fly fishing, spin gear  and tackle is also available (You'll need a fishing license, unless you are  
a kid). Lily Lake is catch and release and Lake Estes has good fishing. Life jackets provided. 
Private Jeep obstacle course, trails and rock crawling. The only one of it's kind in Colorado that  
we know of you can get guided instruction with the owners locked Toyota Landcruiser FJ-40 on 37's.  
You cannot use your own vehicle on the 4X4 trails on the property without prior approval. 
Little kids electric buggies. 
Paintball equipment for 4 with instruction (balls and CO2 are only items charged for)  
Telescope for Star and Mountain gazing. 
Geo Stashing pirate style treasure hunt on site with a bottle of wine as the booty. 
Kid Friendly -Toys and an outdoor Kid's Playground with slides. 
Horseshoes and other outdoor games. 
Indoor Family Games, such as Clue, Scrabble, Chess Checkers, Puzzles and Many More.

Wind River Dude Ranch across the road for horseback riding in the mountains, Aspen Lodge or Baldpate  
Inn are just down the road for great food, a nice deck, and late afternoon mountain viewing. 
All of the activities and attractions of Estes Park are just 5-10 minutes away so you have mountain  
living at its best and being close in for everything else that Estes Park has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

The property has been sold to Kim and Neil O Malley.  Please direct your calls to them at 303 972

the symbol "at" and the period at the end of the address. Can't use an e mail address in the body of  
this site.  Changing the contact information on this site is, at this time, not permitted as they  
are updating their process.  It's odd, but that's the way it is.  Any mail sent to Mike will be  
forwarded to the O Malley's, but you risk a delay. 
$1800.00 per week from May 1st to October 15 (Peak Season) 
$1200.00 per week from October 16th to April 30th (Off Peak) 
Most Holiday weeks are at the summer rate. 
 
Week Rentals start Saturday and check out the following Saturday unless only a Sunday check in is  
all that is available. 
 
Daily home rental rates available upon request within one to two weeks of the rental date. Off Peak  
is $185 per night.  Peak is $275 per night. 
 
There is a $575 damage deposit and $500 of it is refundable and $75 is for cleaning prep fee at the  
end. 
 
Additional Summer 4x4 Rock Crawling adrenaline adventure packages with guided instruction, video,  
and pictures available on the weekend. Please inquire. You will learn to pilot a classic FJ-40  
yourself with guided instruction from a Master Trainer of Tread Lightly  with 35 years of wheel  
time. I started at 6 years old:)  It is a fully custom Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40. It's  
all about being safe and having fun. Many say it is one of the most exciting things they have ever  
done and all at the blistering speed of 1-2  mph:) Fun, quiet and guaranteed to be memorable for the  
whole family. You can choose a senic and mild to senic and extreme rock crawling. 
 
The price for the 4X4 Adventure Series: (3 hours either morning or afternoon) 
$150 per person (for the 4 wheeling experience) 
$50 per person or $100 per group for video of your experience. 
Sacks and drinks will be provided. 
 
Paintball gear is supplied for up to 4 people, CO2 and Paintballs are available at cost or bring  
your own. 
 
Convertible Available -Travel in style with a sexy Toyota Celica GT Convertible taking in all the  
views of Estes Park that you can't see in a hardtop vehicle. Wow! 
Only $35 a day or inquire for special weekly rate. Must be 25 years or older and have proof of your  
own insurance.  
 
Jeep rentals may also be available- Check with us as we get closer to June 1st.
