Immaculate & Incredibly Peaceful Lake Front house in Tampa

This is an immaculate house that was completely renovated & updated in 2005 and is situated on 1/2 acre parcel on Lake Thomas.  The fishing is awesome from the private dock! Lake only allows 10hp boats or less to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay.

House has everything waiting for you. Show up with your suit case, a cell phone(if you want phone service! lol) a laptop (internet service provided ) and we have everything else for you.

The large kitchen with its honey maple cabinets and granite counter tops feature all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, silverware, food storage containers, etc. etc. If you find that we are missing anything in the kitchen, PLEASE put it on our suggestion book so that we can get it for you.  It is important to us that everything you could need is here for you!  In addition to this we also have a gas grill situated outside the lanai for you to cook from if you would like to.

The large family room boasts an awesome fireplace, with a Love seat and couch(pulls out to a double bed), and a 37" LG Flat Scrren LCD  TV for your enjoyment.   A DVD player is there if wish to sit back and relax and enjoy some movies. We also have an XBox game system hooked up with about 8 different games for you or for the kids. You will find a stereo system and CD player to be able to relax, and enjoy some music by the fireplace.

Living room looks out over the lake, and offers a 42" Pivoting Flat Screen LCD TV.  The couch (pulls out to a double bed) and love seat with overstuffed chair to relax and enjoy.

Sliding glass doors off of this room lead you to the screened lanai where a rock table and comfy chairs are situated. 

Two bathrooms are full baths, both having tubs with showers. Both bathrooms have all the linens that you could want. In addition to this we also stock beach towels if you decide to venture out. A hair dryer is located in each bathroom also.

There is a washer and dryer to help you with any laundry needs thatyou might have while you are staying with us. An iron and ironing board are also there if you should need them.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and is equipped with a 37" LG LCD flat screen TV for viewing. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed with a 27" TV, and the smallbedroom has a 21" TV and one twin bed in it.

Cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay, but if you would like daily or weekly cleaning that can be arranged for.  You will love this house, and Tampa is easily accessible via the
veterans express way which is 1.2 miles from the house, and the Airport is approximately 11 miles away.  This is one of the reviews that we received recently:

This beautifully decorated and appointed house is a true jewel! This is the third time my wife and I have used Vacation Rentals and we have never been disappointed. This house is our favorite. With everything you could want in your own home, plus the view from the lanai, this is a true stress eliminator. It was fun to check the weather at home using the wireless internet hookup and note the 60 degree difference.
Recommended for: Romantic Getaway

Property is located just off of the Veterans express way, at the Dale
Mabry Exit. The house is 1.2 miles north of the exit ramp. Property
is just north of Cheval Golf and Country Club, one of the more elite
communities in Tampa. When you arrive at the property you will be
impressed with how close you are to all amenities (Grocery Store and
Super
Target are about two miles north) and how peaceful and quiet the
property and community are. Parking is plentiful, and RVs are
welcome.
