*There is an $80 cleaning fee  
*A $300 security/damage deposit is required  
*13% lodging and sales tax will be added to the rate  
*Rates are subject to change without notice 
*Full rental payment must be received in full 30 days prior to check- 
in 
*Payments accepted by Check or Money Order 
*No Pets Allowed 
 
Cancellation Policy 
*All reservations are subject to a $25 processing fee 
*14 days or less - full forfeiture of rent and deposit 
*15 - 60 days - $75 cancellation fee 
*61 - 90 days - $30 cancellation fee 
*91 days or more - full refund, less processing fee
