Welcome to our fun year-round vacation location! Deer Valley.
Premier skiing is located two minutes away at the Deer Valley
Jordanelle Express Gondola with convenient parking and complimentary
overnight ski check!
Summer is packed full of fun with the Jordanelle State Park in our
back yard! Enjoy hiking, boating, water skiing, fishing, jet
skiing, picnics, or just strolling along the water front.
Lift-served mountain biking, hiking, and scenic rides at the Deer
Valley Resort! Our condo is just minutes away from several great
golf courses too!
Park City is ten minutes away with shopping, theaters, restaurants,
museums, free out door concerts and entertainment!
You will feel right at home in this new (built in 2003), spacious,
and cozy Fox Bay Condominium! Enjoy all the amenities of a gas
fireplace, Cable TV, and DVD player in the bedrooms and in the
living room! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens
provided, and underground garage parking! Also DSL Internet access
with a wireless access point.
Bring your binoculars and enjoy watching the wild life across the
valley from our large balcony, over looking the Jordanelle
Reservoir.
On site (community) amenities include a club house with
entertainment room, pool table, kitchen, heated outdoor pool, hot
tub, fully equipped fitness center, fenced basketball court, play
ground, and a picnic area with barbecue grill.
Summer rates $125/night. Ski season rates $215/night. Two
different units are available.
