Pelican's Cove for Families in South Padre Island

This house is one of the most popular getaways for large families on South Padre Island, Texas. Perfect for family vacations and adult getaways.  Lots of privacy for all - the private pool is surrounded by a privacy fence and beautiful hibiscus flowers and palm trees.

You enter this beautiful home through a double car garage (think about it bikers!), throw your keys on the entry table and head upstairs to the open ambience of this lovely living room, dining room and kitchen area that overlooks the pool area. The owners have thought of everything - lots of games to play, large flat screen in the living area and 3 other TVs throughout the house. Step outside the sliding glass door to the large newly redone deck overlooking the pool area with the addition of a large hammock. This is a great place for people to congregate with steps leading down to the pool and barbecuing.

On this main floor, there is a bedroom with two double beds, TV and a full bathroom and the master bedroom has a king size bed, TV with a private bathroom. You can step out to the front deck which is a perfect spot to have a drink and look at the ocean or lounge on one of the Adirondack chairs.

Then head on downstairs to the game room which is right next to the pool and is equipped with tropical furniture and a game table. This downstairs area is not only fun, it can be a great place for a second family as there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath as well as a sitting room off the gameroom with a futon (another bed) and TV with a wet bar. There is also a washroom with a large wash basin and full size washer and dryer.
